Induction into the IQHA Hall of Fame is one of the highest honors bestowed by the Idaho Quarter Horse Association. Reserved for individuals who have exhibited the highest standards of sportsmanship and horsemanship, and those who have made memorable contributions to IQHA/AQHA; and for horses who have made a significant impact and contributed to the rich tradition of the American Quarter Horse breed.

We would like to make you aware of an event you will not want to miss. Announcing THE DOUG WILLIAMSON TRIBUTE AND INDUCTION INTO
THE IDAHO QUARTER HORSE ASSOCIATION HALL OF FAME. The induction will take place at the Idaho Reined Cow Horse Association Futurity,
Derby, and Horse Show which runs October 29th through November 5th here at the Idaho Horse Park. Doug and his lovely wife Carol will be joining us and we look forward to the memories and stories that will spin. Honoring & Preserving the Legacy of Individuals:
– May be living or deceased.
– Should be, or have been, a member of IQHA.
– Should have an exemplary record of achievement and/or dedicated service.
Honoring & Preserving the Legacy of horses:
– May be living or deceased.
– Must have been registered American Quarter Horse.
– Owner should be, or have been, a member of IQHA.
– Should have made a significant impact and contributed to the rich tradition of the American Quarter Horse breed.
to nominate submit the following:
– A letter identifying the individual or horse being nominated along with biographical (IQHA/AQHA related activities, offices, honors) and supporting information.
– Three letters of support.
Note: If individuals are deceased, list nearest living relative and contact information.
Nominations will be kept on file for a period of two years.
